Jeffrey believes nothing is harder, or more rewarding, than growing organizations through innovation.  Jeffrey founded Perseus Development in 1993, pioneering the survey software and enterprise feedback management markets. He was also a market researcher and industry analyst with BIS Strategic Decisions. Jeffrey is an alumnus of Arizona State University and has Professional Researcher Certification through the MRA.
